Mapping Our Route and Walking in Dublin 1

Mapeando nuestra Ruta y Caminando en Dublín 1

We spent some time in the classroom finding a map of Dublin 1 on Google maps, printing it off on separate pages and putting them together to make one big map of the area. 

Pasamos un tiempo en el aula buscando un mapa de Dublín 1 en "Google maps", lo imprimimos en páginas separadas y las juntamos para hacer un gran mapa de la zona.

Then we began to plan what route we would take on our walk around the area, what streets we could walk on, what amenities we would pass such as schools, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and other businesses. 

Después empezamos a planificar la ruta que tomaríamos en nuestro paseo por la zona, las calles que atravesaríamos, los servicios por los que pasaríamos como colegios, cafés, restaurantes, farmacias y otros negocios.

We also noticed the history and tourism of the area. 

También percibimos la historia y el turismo de la zona.

We finished our walking trip of Dublin 1 with coffee and cake in one of the many cafes in the area!
